NOVELTY - Preparation of modified graphene involves preparing nitrogen-doped reduced graphene oxide using graphene oxide as a raw material and a nitrogen-containing compound as a nitrogen source, placing the nitrogen-doped reduced graphene oxide in concentrated nitric acid or concentrated sulfuric acid, performing chemical oxidative cutting, then adding potassium permanganate, grafting manganese oxide into the oxidized and cut nitrogen-doped reduced graphene oxide, hydrothermally deoxidizing the oxidized and cut nitrogen-doped reduced graphene oxide, dialyzing using a dialysis bag to remove impurity ions, concentrating, and drying. USE - Preparation of modified graphene (claimed) used as supercapacitor electrode material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of modified graphene with excellent supercapacitance performance and cycle stability.
