NOVELTY - The method involves using carbon fiber as a basic structure unit as a positive electrode, using metal or graphite carbon material as a negative electrode, and using phosphate buffer solution with neutral pH as an electrolyte, where the concentration of phosphate buffer in the electrolyte is 50-50 ml/l. The carbon fiber is stripped during the electrolytic process by electrochemical method, and the voltage between the control positive electrode and the negative electrode is controlled to 3-10V, and the electrolysis time is 8-24 hours. The reacted electrolyte solution is centrifugally separated, the upper layer dispersion liquid is taken, and residual anions and cations are washed away. The ultrasonic treatment is performed to obtain the nano graphene oxide which is dispersed in water and has no impurities. USE - Method for preparing nano graphene oxide by using electrochemical stripping carbon fiber material. ADVANTAGE - The method uses the carbon fiber of the industrial continuous production of raw material, broadens the raw material range of graphene oxide production. The external voltage of the preparation process is low, using the neutral electrolyte. The production process is energy-saving, environment-friendly, simple and convenient operation, and the prepared nanometre graphene oxide yield is high.
