NOVELTY - Energy-saving corrosion-resistant magnesium-aluminum refractory material comprises 35-45 pts. wt. high-purity magnesium, 30-40 pts. wt. magnesium aluminum spinel, 2-4 pts. wt. superfine calcium oxide powder, 0.1-0.4 pts. wt. graphene oxide powder, 3-7 pts. wt. auxiliary additives and 1-3 pts. wt. binding agent. The high purity magnesia composed of 40% of fused magnesia coarse particles (5-8 mm), 40% fused magnesia fine particles (3-5 mm) and 20% fused magnesia powder (1-3 mm). The magnesia-aluminum spinel composed of 45% of magnesia-aluminum spinel fine particles (0.3-0.8 mm), 35% magnesium aluminum spinel fine powder (0.01-0.3 mm), and 20% magnesium-aluminum spinel powder (0.01-1 mu m). The auxiliary additive is boron nitride and/or silica. The binding agent is phenolic resin. USE - Used as energy-saving corrosion-resistant magnesium-aluminum refractory material. ADVANTAGE - The material: has excellent heat preservation effect; the preparation process has low energy consumption and excellent high temperature performance.
