NOVELTY - Transparent antistatic coating comprises 50-80 pts. wt. single-walled carbon nanotubes, 40-68 pts. wt. graphene, 20-45 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 10-25 pts. wt. nano-silicon dioxide, 10-15 pts. wt. anti-static agent, 6-12 pts. wt. solvent and 5-9 pts. wt. initiator. USE - Transparent antistatic coating. ADVANTAGE - The transparent antistatic coating provides high lubricity, high transparency and conductivity. The single-walled carbon nanotubes have an ultra-low conductive threshold and a stable structure. The prepared antistatic film can achieve transparent and permanent antistatic functions without attenuation. The preparation process does not require the pickling process that is widely used in conventional wet film formation, is safe and environmentally friendly, and is suitable for large-scale preparation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing transparent antistatic coating, which involves: i. uniformly mixing single-walled carbon nanotubes, graphene, acrylic resin, nano silicon dioxide, antistatic agent, solvent and initiator to obtain the antistatic coating; ii. applying coating to the surface of the transparent substrate, heating it in an oven at 40-130°C for 0.5-10 minutes, then transferring the anti-glare effect to the coating surface through the template pattern, and curing by UV light using curing energy of 60-1200 mJ/cm2to obtain transparent antistatic coating.
