An auto-CAD document format of a conductive film pattern input optical fiber laser marking machine is drawn. A graphene coated glass is placed on the laser marking machine, where laser output power is 10-20w, laser scanning speed is 100-1000mm/min, and line pattern is 10-100 microns. USE - Method for forming a graphene pattern. ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving pattern precision and yield, reducing production period and environment pollution, and saving material.
