NOVELTY - A lead-carbon battery negative plate comprises lead and graphene composite materials and collector plate grid made of lead, copper, titanium, tantalum, tungsten, aluminum, carbon foam or hard plastic, where the lead is plated on the surface of a non-lead collector plate grid, and lead plaster solid materials comprising 0-90 wt.% lead powder, 1-90 wt.% lead and graphene composite materials, 0.5-5 wt.% hydrogen-evolution inhibitors, 0.3-2 wt.% carbon black, 0-1.2 wt.% barium sulfate, 0.5-2 wt.% sodium lignosulfonate, 0.05-0.1 wt.% humic acid, short fiber and additives. USE - Lead-carbon battery negative plate for use in hybrid electric vehicle, solar energy storage and wind energy storage. ADVANTAGE - The negative plate inhibits sulfation on the surface of a negative electrode, has improved negative electrode charging receiving capability, improves HRPSoC (high-rate partial state of charge) cycling performance of a battery, and can be prepared in a simple and easy manner.
