NOVELTY - High-pressure controllable self-extinguishing solid propellant includes 40-80 wt.% oxidant; 0-40 wt.% fuel, 10-30 wt.% binder, 0-20 wt.% plasticizer, 0.1-1.5 wt.% curing agent, 0.05-0.8 wt.% crosslinking agent, and 0.1-10 wt.% auxiliary agent. The auxiliary agent includes a carrier and a combustion control agent, and the carrier is graphene, carbon nanotubes, and carbon fibers. USE - Used as high-pressure controllable self-extinguishing solid propellant. ADVANTAGE - The propellant realizes the controllable combustion of the solid propellant through component addition and content control, and the controllable flameout under high critical pressure conditions, and there is no obvious negative burning rate pressure index interval, so that the controllable solid propellant has engineering application conditions on solid rocket motors. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing the high-pressure controllable self-extinguishing solid propellant, comprising: (i) adding the carrier agent and the combustion control agent in the auxiliary agent to the normal alkane solvent, ultrasonically stirring for 30 minutes to obtain an auxiliary agent solution; (ii) adding the oxidizing agent to the auxiliary agent solution, and ultrasonically stirring for 20 minutes, placing a vacuum drying oven to dry until the solvent evaporates completely to obtain a surface-modified oxidizing agent; (iii) adding the above prepared oxidant and the remaining components of the propellant to a vertical mixer in turn for mixing at 50-70°C to obtain a uniformly mixed mixture; (iv) vacuum pouring the mixture into a mold or in the engine, to obtain preliminarily shaped solid propellant, and the preliminarily shaped solid propellant is placed in an environment of 30-90°C for 1-7 days to form the final controllable self-extinguishing solid propellant.
