NOVELTY - Water-permeable block comprises a porous structure having a honeycomb structure, and a filler to be filled in the empty space of the porous structure, where the filler includes gravel and a bio-urethane-based adhesive containing a first agent comprising a polymeric methylenediphenyl diisocyanate (MDI) and an isocyanate monomer; and a second agent comprising a bio-polyol, a petroleum polyester polyol, a petroleum polyether polyol, and a catalyst mixed in weight ratio of 100:10-30:3-15. USE - Used as water-permeable block. ADVANTAGE - The water-permeable block does not contain cement; overcomes the problem of environmental damage e.g. contamination of groundwater due to toxic substances generated from cement itself occurs, thus it is environmentally-friendly; and has high porosity, improved adhesive strength, strength characteristics and durability, high adhesive strength and hydrolysis resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing water-permeable block, comprising (i) preparing a composition for a water-permeable block by mixing gravel and bio-urethane-based adhesive; and (b) filling the empty space of the porous structure having a honeycomb structure with the composition for the water-permeable block and curing the composition.
