▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for producing polyimide powder, involves preparing a polyamic acid solution by solution polymerization of a dianhydride monomer and a diamine monomer in an organic solvent containing graphene, preparing a polyimide mixed solution by heating the polyamic acid solution, and filtering and drying the precipitate present in the mixed solution to obtain a polyimide powder. USE - The method is used for producing polyimide powder which is used for producing polyimide molded article (all claimed), and in various fields such as electric/electronic, semiconductor, display, automobile, medical, battery, and aerospace. ADVANTAGE - The method produces polyimide powder with improved conductivity using graphene, and prevents static electricity by exhibiting electrical conductivity while minimizing a decrease in tensile strength and elongation of polyimide. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1)a polyimide powder comprising a polyimide matrix having polymerized units derived from dianhydride monomers and diamine monomers, and graphene dispersed in the polyimide matrix, where the polyimide powder has a tensile strength of 70 MPa or more as measured by , an elongation of 7% or more as measured by , and a surface resistance of 109Ω /cm2or less as measured by ; (2)a method for producing a polyimide molded article involving press-molding the polyimide powder; and (3)a polyimide molded article manufactured by the manufacturing method.
