NOVELTY - Preparation of high conductivity graphene comprises taking iron-nickel alloy substrate material, alternately cleaning with ethanol and water for 5 times, naturally drying; taking iron-nickel alloy substrate into quartz furnace, heating at 15 degrees C/minute to 1020-1040 degrees C, introducing nitrogen gas at 30 cm3/minute; injecting ethylbenzene; cooling to room temperature, taking out sample; and ultrasonic separating at 600 W for 100-120 minutes. USE - Method for preparing high conductivity graphene (claimed).
