NOVELTY - The method involves mixing polyurethane material with graphene. Graphene polyurethane composite material is plasticized using two extruders (11,13). A wheel is driven by a servo motor to rotate. An extruded carcass is wrapped on a rim (6). Four graphene layers are formed by foaming polyurethane material for stopping introducing of ultra-critical nitrogen. Four-layered material is adhered on an upper pressing roller (7) and a lower pressing roller (4). A hot-pressing plate (2) is compacted and stamped with a tire tread pattern on a carcass under driving action of an oil cylinder (1). USE - Method for manufacturing a three-dimensional impression graphene polyurethane tire of an automobile and aviation. ADVANTAGE - The method enables effectively manufacturing a flexible graphene polyurethane foaming tire by adding specific amount of graphene and ultra-critical nitrogen micro-bubbles in the polyurethane material so as to ensure high elasticity, thermal conductivity, better heat dissipation and heat resistance effects and comfortable driving effect of the polyurethane tire. The method enables adopting laminated technique to increase strength of the polyurethane material and the ultra-critical nitrogen micro-bubbles so as to increase tire deflection rate.
