▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-silver detection electrode material comprises (1) preparing graphene, (2) dispersing graphene in ethanol solution to obtain graphene dispersion, (3) adding silver nitrate solution to graphene dispersion, and mixing, adding sodium borohydride solution under ice bath and mixing to react, and filtering after reaction, and (4) drying product obtained in the step (3) to obtain graphene-silver detection electrode material. The nano metal oxide incudes nano zinc oxide, nano alumina and/or nano iron oxide. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-silver detection electrode material in electrochemical biosensor, environment monitoring and food medicine, and electronic mediator for fixing biological macromolecule i.e. DNA, enzyme and protein. ADVANTAGE - The electrode: has large specific surface area and biocompatibility, high detection sensitivity, porous graphene, which can overcome inherent instability of biomolecules i.e. proteins and enzymes, and immobilize in micropores of base electrode, which will not denature during testing process.
