ADVANTAGE - The heteroatom-doped diamond has superconducting property at high temperatures. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of heteroatom-doped diamond which involves processing graphene containing oxygen atom and/or nitrogen atom at greater than or equal to 1000 degrees C and pressure of greater than or equal to 5 GPa.
