NOVELTY - Preparing conductive polyolefin masterbatch involves placing 100 pts. wt. polyolefin resin, 5-50 pts. wt. nano composite filler, 0.2-1 pts. wt. lubricant, 0.1-5 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 0.1-1 pts. wt. antioxidant into mixer and stirring to make uniformly mixed to obtain mixture with stirring speed of 100-150 rotation/minute, where polyolefin resin is selected from one or more of polyethylene, polypropylene and ethylene- alpha olefin copolymer, and nano composite filler is molybdenum disulfide/graphene composite material; placing above-mentioned mixed material after uniform mixing into screw extruder, cooling, pelletizing, and drying after melt is extruded to obtain conductive polyolefin masterbatch, where screw of screw extruder includes conveying section, melting section, and melt mixing and conveying section, and in conveying direction of screw, providing melting section of screw with at least two sets of kneading block element combinations. USE - Method for preparing conductive polyolefin masterbatch. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to solve dispersibility problem of molybdenum disulfide/graphene composite nano material in polyolefin resin material, maintains molybdenum disulfide/graphene three-dimensional grid structure of composite nanomaterials, and avoids technical problems, such as agglomeration and stacking of filler in resin system.
