NOVELTY - The backboard has a main body provided with a high heat-dissipation air surface layer, a base material layer and an inner layer. The inner layer is made of encapsulation material. The high heat-dissipation air surface layer and the base material layer are covered with a carbon nano-tube and/or graphene fluorine-containing coating layer. A high radiating surface is covered with a grafted polar monolayer. The fluorine-containing coating layer is provided with a functional polymer fluorine resin layer, curing agent, auxiliary agent and a filler. USE - High radiating-type solar battery backboard. ADVANTAGE - The backboard has prolonged service life, and consumes less assembly generating cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a high radiating-type solar battery backboard manufacturing method.
