▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Modified graphene-doped bio-based epoxy-phenol system resin anticorrosion coating comprises 65-85% epoxy vegetable oil, 15-35% natural polyphenols, and 0.025-0.4% modified graphene. The modified graphene is acid-reduced graphene oxide grafted with histidine. USE - Modified graphene-doped bio-based epoxy-phenol system resin anticorrosion coating used in metal appliance antirust protection, wood antibacterial, and paper model waterproof toughening (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The modified graphene oxide can successfully enhance the crosslinking ability of each component, effectively solve the problem of easy sedimentation of conventional fillers, and improve product stability. The paint formulations are all renewable bio-based raw materials with simple ingredients, no pollutants are released during use, and are easy to degrade and renew when they reach the end of their service life. These are environmentally friendly paints and have a dominant effect on the green industrial innovation of epoxy anti-corrosion paints. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) a method for preparing bio-based epoxy-phenol system resin anticorrosion coating doped with modified graphene, which involves dissolving epoxy vegetable oil and natural polyphenol in absolute ethanol respectively according to the formula amount, mixing and stirring the two solutions to obtain solution 1, weighing dispersing the modified graphene in absolute ethanol ultrasonically to prepare nanoparticles, mixing them with solution 1 under stirring, removing ethanol by rotary evaporation, and collecting the coating solution doped with modified graphene; and (2) a method for using the bio-based epoxy-phenol system resin anticorrosion coating doped with modified graphene, which comprises preheating the coating solution to reduce the viscosity, applying on the metal substrate with a coating machine, vacuum drying and removing air bubbles, pre-curing at 120-150℃ for 2 hours and post-curing at 180-200℃ for 5 hours.
