NOVELTY - Preparing an insulating fabric with a flame-retardant coating comprises (1) taking each raw material including polyurethane resin, antimony trioxide, graphene material, water-based acrylic emulsion, glass fiber powder, alumina powder, and silane coupling agent, (2) mixing the antimony trioxide, glass fiber powder, alumina powder, silane coupling agent and half of the water-based acrylic emulsion and graphene materials, adding to a stirred tank and stirring to obtain a mixture A, (3) mixing the remaining aqueous acrylic emulsion and graphene material and stirring to obtain mixture B, (4) adding polyurethane resin to the mixture B, adding to the mixer to obtain the coating material, (5) coating the coating material containing the mixture B on the surface of the dough, and pre-baking, (6) coating the mixture A on the surface of the fabric coated with the coating material, pre-baking, and finally heating and shaping to obtain a insulating fabric. USE - The method is useful for preparing an insulating fabric with a flame-retardant coating. ADVANTAGE - The insulating fabric with a flame-retardant coating: is economical; and has excellent flame retardant, heat insulation function, and good wearing comfort.
