NOVELTY - Graphene-based thermosensitive electric heating film comprises 30-45 pts. wt. water-soluble epoxy resin, 15-25 pts. wt. sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, 10-30 pts. wt. carbon black, 1-5 pts. wt. graphene, 0.2-3 pts. wt. conductive filler nanoparticles and appropriate amount of auxiliary agent. USE - Graphene-based thermosensitive electric heating film. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based thermosensitive electric heating film has uniform mixing, suitable viscosity, low temperature curing, and stable structure in heating-cooling circulation process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for forming and curing an electric heating film, which involves: (A) using deionized water to mix the all components uniformly and coating them on the surface of the substrate; and (B) placing the resulting coating in a vacuum drying oven to bake at 60-80 degrees C until the quality remains unchanged.
