▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The hybrid waveguide structure has an upper half waveguide structure and a lower half waveguide structure. The lower half waveguide structure comprises a lower layer of low refractive index dielectric (110) and the lower layer of low refractive index dielectric of graphene (120). The upper half waveguide structure has a low refractive index dielectric located on the graphene and a high refractive index dielectric (130) located on the low refractive index dielectric. The low refractive index dielectric is high density polyethylene (HDPE). The high refractive index material is gallium arsenide (GaAs). USE - Hybrid waveguide structure for graphene.
