USE - Refractory brick. ADVANTAGE - The refractory brick has good corrosion resistance, slag resistance and hydration resistance, high compressive strength and toughness, enhances framework structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing refractory brick, which involves: (A) mixing large particles of andalusite and large particles of fused silica uniformly, grinding them with shock ball mill and drying them, and then adding binder A to the dried materials, stirring to wet the surface of the material to obtain material 1, mixing small particles of andalusite and medium particles of fused silica, using shock ball mill to grind and then dry to obtain material 2, mixing small particles of fused silica, graphene sheet modified nano alumina, and carbon-silicon carbide whisker powder, grinding them with shock ball mill and drying them to obtain material 3, mixing nano alumina, nano titanium oxide, and nano vanadium oxide uniformly, using nano grinder to grind and dry, then adding binder B to dried material, stirring to make the surface of the material wet, and obtaining material 4, spreading material 4 in one layer at the bottom of the mold, then layering material 3, then layering material 2, finally layering material 1, then layering material 2, paving another layer of material 3, and layer of material 4 on the top layer, press forming to make refractory brick body, baking the refractory brick body at 110-130?C for 4-12 hours; and (B) transferring to the high temperature furnace for sintering at 1200-1500 degrees C for 3-5 hours, natural cooling and cutting to obtain refractory bricks.
