▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The controllable four-port circulator comprises graphene components that are deposited on a silica and silicon dielectric substrate. The resonators (301) are provided with disk-shaped geometries and elliptical rings, and are coupled laterally to the graphene waveguides (201). The resonators are magnetized by an external direct current magnetic field perpendicular to the plane. The non-reciprocal transmission of electromagnetic signals is promoted in the clockwise and counterclockwise directions. The electromagnetic source connected to the input port of the signal is protected against reflections from the output port. The Fermi of graphene is changed by applying a bias voltage between the graphene layer and the silicon layer by dynamically shifting the frequency characteristics of the circulators. USE - Controllable four-port circulator in the terahertz range based on graphene with elliptical resonators. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of a controllable four-port circulator. Controllable ports (101 to 104) Graphene waveguide (201) Resonator (301)
