NOVELTY - Cell culture vessel comprises base substrate (11); and at least one deposited graphene layer (12) disposed on the base substrate. The deposited graphene layer includes a functional group formed on a surface. USE - A cell culture vessel. ADVANTAGE - The cell culture vessel may have a low possibility of contamination, convenient storage, and increased uniformity of cultured cells by disposing graphene on a base substrate. The culture efficiency including graphene having a functional group formed on the surface may be improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacturing a cell culture vessel which involves disposing at least one deposited graphene layer on a base substrate, and plasma-treating the surface of the deposited graphene layer to form functional groups on the surface of the deposited graphene layer.
