NOVELTY - The cable has a low smoke non halogen flame retardant portion (4) formed as a waist-shaped structure. An optical cable device comprises an insulation layer (7), a yarn layer (8) and a cable core (9). The insulation layer is connected with the yarn layer. A waterproof layer is connected with an inner wall of a protective sleeve. An inner wall of the optical cable cable device is coated with oxidation graphene (3). Filling material is filled in an inner side of a cable cavity. A reinforcing portion comprises fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP) or steel wire reinforcing portion. USE - Photoelectric composite cable. ADVANTAGE - The cable is convenient to use and compact in structure, and has high volume resistivity, wide range of applications and high reliability, and improves performance of optical, reduces labor intensity, production cost and waste of resource, satisfies user requirements, occupies less space, ensures flame retardant property, stability of cable, weather resistance and non metastatic flexibility, and prevents optical fiber from being damaged.
