▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Production of high temperature composite involves (s1) making a precursor portion from a resin comprising polyaryletherketone (PAEK) and at least one reinforcing additive, (s2) pyrolyzing the precursor portion in a chamber, (s3) infusing a liquid second resin into the pyrolyzed portion to make an infused portion and (s4) pyrolyzing the infused portion in a chamber to make the carbon-carbon composite, carbon ceramic matrix composite, or carbon silica composite. The temperature within chamber increases one or more times at rate from 1-20° C/hour during the pyrolysis, and optionally the pyrolysis is maintained for period of time at one or more temperatures. USE - Production of high temperature composite e.g. carbon-carbon composite, carbon ceramic matrix composite or carbon silica composite (all claimed) used in hypersonics, solid/liquid rocket propulsion, and defense/aerospace applications. ADVANTAGE - The method produces high temperature composite having high mechanical performance with low dimensional changes.
