NOVELTY - Preparing excellent draping nylon fiber, comprises (1) adding modified tungsten carbide into modified graphene dispersion, and carrying out ultrasound reaction to obtain tungsten carbide/graphene composite powder, (2) melt-blending the composite powder obtained in the step (1) with a nylon slice, extruding, then granulating to obtain a tungsten carbide/graphene/nylon composite particles, and (3) melt-spinning the composite particles obtained in the step (2) to obtain tungsten carbide/graphene/nylon composite fiber i.e. final product. USE - The excellent draping nylon fiber is useful in high-grade fashionable dress, household and medical products. ADVANTAGE - The excellent draping nylon fiber: has excellent strength and toughness; and is economical.
