NOVELTY - A thermal adhesive is manufactured by adding acrylate monomer and insulated graphene, synthetically grafting with monomer, and copolymerizing to obtain high molecular weight polymer of composite base material containing insulated graphene-thermal adhesive copolymer resin. USE - Manufacture of thermal adhesive for LED aluminum base plate and radiator (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - Process is environment-friendly and has low temperature curing, and product has excellent bonding fastness and weather-proof property, high thermal conductivity, good heat dissipation capability, improved service life, good insulating property, and high thermal efficiency.
