NOVELTY - Preparation of degradable zinc powder metallurgy biomedical material coated by phosphate biocoating involves atomizing or ball milling zinc metal powder comprising pure zinc, zinc-magnesium, zinc-copper, zinc-calcium, zinc-strontium, zinc-selenium, zinc-rare earth, zinc-manganese, zinc-germanium, zinc-lithium and zinc-iron alloys. USE - Preparation of degradable zinc powder metallurgy biomedical material coated by phosphate biocoating, used as bone implant material. ADVANTAGE - The method provides degradable zinc powder metallurgy biomedical material, which has excellent mechanical property, cell compatibility and antibacterial property, and can effectively satisfy the requirement of clinical medicine.
