NOVELTY - Anti-crust casting material comprises 49-64 pts. wt. silicon brick particles, 8-12 pts. wt. quartz particles, 6-12 pts. wt. fused quartz, 5-8 pts. wt. silicon micropowder, 8-12 pts. wt. carbon black powder, 4-8 pts. wt. graphite powder, 2-4 pts. wt. metal silicon powder, 1-2 pts. wt. graphene powder, 0.5-1 pts. wt. manganese ore powder, 0.3-0.8 pts. wt. iron ore powder, 0.01-0.03 pts. wt. polypropylene fiber, and 0.01-0.02 pts. wt. silicone oil. USE - Used as anti-crust casting material. ADVANTAGE - The anti-crust casting material: utilizes the recycled silicon brick as the main raw material, which not only reduces the raw material cost, but also realizes the recycling of the solid waste; overcomes the defect of bad anti-skin effect of the refractory casting material in the existing technology; has good high temperature volume stability, excellent thermal shock resistance and corrosion resistance, large high temperature strength, small linear expansion coefficient, completely not reacting with cement raw material; and exhibits good anti-skin casting performance, and excellent explosion-proof performance, which can meet the baking requirement of rapid heating.
