▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Cucurbituril/metal ion cross-linked graphene oxide composite film comprises graphene oxide nanosheet, supramolecular complex formed by cucurbituril and metal ions bridged by water molecules; where the cucurbituril/metal ion supramolecular complex acts as a cross-linking agent to improve the stability of the graphene oxide composite film in water environment, and at the same time acts as a fast mass transfer channel for water molecules to improve the permeability of the film. USE - The composite film useful for pervaporation of butanol-water system to dehydrate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite film: is simple to prepare; has high permeation flux and high selectivity for water molecules, and good operational stability at high temperatures. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing the cucurbituril/metal ion cross-linked graphene oxide composite film comprising dissolving cucurbituril and metal ions in hydrochloric acid solution of pH=2 to prepare a supramolecular complex solution, where the supramolecular complex solution is cucurbituril/metal ion complexed solution, uniformly dispersing graphene oxide nanosheets in supramolecular complex solution, using pressure-assisted self-assembly to deposit on hydrophilic polytetrafluoroethylene film, and heat-treating in blower box to obtain cucurbituril/metal ion cross-linked graphene oxide composite film; and (2) cucurbituril/metal ion cross-linked graphene oxide composite film useful for pervaporation of butanol-water system to dehydrate under the condition of n-butanol aqueous solution (90%) at 80 degrees C, permeation flux is 6.231-9.3 kg/(m2h), and separation factor is 683-1755. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a cross-sectional electron micrograph of the film.
