▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene quantum dots comprises reacting the flake graphite with concentrated sulfuric acid, adding nitrate and potassium permanganate, reacting, diluting the reaction system with water and adding hydrogen peroxide, where the obtained precipitate is a graphene quantum dot and the nitrate salt comprises potassium nitrate or sodium nitrate. USE - The graphene quantum dots is useful in the fabrication of devices (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) the graphene quantum dot obtained by the above mention method; (2) use of the graphene quantum dots in the fabrication of devices; and (3) the device comprising the graphene quantum dots.
