NOVELTY - A photothermal film based on spraying method is prepared by dissolving photothermal material in solvent, uniformly and fully mixing to obtain photothermal material dispersion, adding into spray gun through spray gun feeding port, spraying photothermal material dispersion on substrate, partially volatilizing solvent in photothermal material dispersion in spraying process, attaching photothermal material to form spray coating film on substrate using impact force of spraying, and drying spraying film or drying after reducing. The photothermal film comprises substrate and spraying film. USE - The method is used for preparing photothermal film based on spraying method. ADVANTAGE - The method can change needed substrate material and photothermal material needed by photothermal film according to need of evaporation condition, is suitable for mass production, and has simple preparation technique, low cost, low device requirement and high water evaporation efficiency.
