NOVELTY - Preparing graphene metal composite material involves preparing graphene derivative solution, pouring graphene derivative solution into body of the mixing device, and pouring the solid particles into the body from the top center of the body. The solid particles sequentially push a funnel plates to move down, and the solid particles are distributed on the top of different funnel plates. The motor is turned on to stir and mix to form a mixture, the formed mixture is dried, and heated the mixture dried under the set atmosphere by microwave at the required speed to derive the graphene in the mixture conversion into graphene, turned off the microwave heating, and mixture of graphene and solid particles are cooled down. The metal material is added to the mixture as the reinforcement for compounding to obtain the graphene-metal composite material. The mixing device includes a body, motor is arranged at the bottom of the body. USE - Method for preparing graphene metal composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene metal composite material reduces rising height of the solid particles, and improves mixing efficiency.
