NOVELTY - A synthetic leather fabric preparation method involves adding graphene powder to deionized water to uniformly disperse and adjust pH to 11-12, heating to 65-75 degrees C, adding aluminum sulfate solution, adjusting pH to 6-7, stirring, curing, washing to neutral, drying to obtain primary coated graphene followed by obtaining secondary coated graphene, preparing polyurethane resin, preparing wet slurry, preparing wet product, preparing dry slurry and obtaining dry product. The wet product and dry product are bonded together followed by drying and cooling. USE - Method for preparing wearable polyurethane synthetic leather shell fabric. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing synthetic leather fabric with excellent hand feel property and improved wear resistance by improving dispersibility of graphene, as graphene is added to synthetic leather fabric, such that it is not easy to reunite. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A synthetic leather fabric preparation method involves adding graphene powder to deionized water to uniformly disperse and adjust pH to 11-12, heating to 65-75 degrees C, adding aluminum sulfate solution, adjusting pH to 6-7, stirring, curing, washing to neutral and drying to obtain primary coated graphene. The primary coated graphene is added to water followed by mixing polyethylene glycol, grinding, washing, drying to obtain secondary coated graphene, uniformly mixing polyether polyol, secondary coated graphene, dibutyltin dilaurate and dimethylformamide, adding isocyanate, heating to react, preparing polyurethane resin, utilizing a portion of the polyurethane resin, adding color paste and preparing wet slurry. The wet slurry is applied to substrate. The substrate immersed in a solution of dimethylformamide and solidified followed by removing, washing, drying, preparing wet product, utilizing a portion of the polyurethane resin, adding dimethylformamide, adding butanone and toner and preparing dry slurry. The dry slurry is applied to release paper followed by drying and cooling to obtain dry product. The wet product and dry product are bonded together followed by drying, cooling and stripping the release paper.
