▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The conductive powder has a graphene layer arranged on a portion of a surface of a metal particle. The metal particle and the graphene layer are formed a core-shell structure. The graphene layer contains nitrogen (N) in a content of 3.5% based on a total content of the graphene layer. USE - Conductive powder for internal electrode and capacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electrical characteristics of the conductive powder for an internal electrode are improved while increasing the reliability of the capacitor. The connectivity of the internal electrodes increases and the mechanical strength of the internal electrodes increases, and thus, the reliability of the capacitor is improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a capacitor. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic cross-sectional view of the capacitor.
