NOVELTY - Concrete hydration temperature regulating agent comprises 25-28 parts mass calcium carbonate, 24-26 parts mass silica fume, 5-6 parts mass sodium citrate, 5-6 parts mass calcium lignosulfonate, 2-~3 parts mass gammacyclodextrin, 6-7 parts mass pitch-based carbon fiber chopped strands having a length of 4-7 mm and a tensile modulus of greater than 300 GPa, 4-6 parts mass rubber particles and 10-14 parts mass blend of sorbitan monostearate, ultrafine lithium slag powder and carboxylated graphene. The pitch-based carbon fiber chopped strands are mesophase pitch-based carbon fiber chopped strands and has a thermal conductivity of greater than 320 W/mK. The rubber particles are sodium silicate modified rubber particles with an average particle size of 15-17 nm. The specific surface area of ultrafine lithium slag powder is 1550-1580 m2/kg. USE - As concrete hydration temperature regulating agent. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the regulating agent involving firstly, measuring calcium carbonate, silica fume, sodium citrate and calcium lignosulfonate, feeding into a mixer for mixing, placing sorbitan monostearate in an autoclave, introducing supercritical carbon dioxide fluid after heating into the autoclave until the sorbitan monostearate is dissolved in the supercritical carbon dioxide fluid to form two phase micro-dispersion system, spray-drying the supercritical carbon dioxide fluid dissolved with sorbitol monostearate under high pressure to form ultrafine powder below 5 microns, adding sorbitan monostearate superfine powder, lithium slag superfine powder and carboxylated graphene to the blender, and adding gamma-cyclodextrin and rubber particles in sequence, finally, adding the measured pitch-based carbon fiber chopped strands for full mixing; and distributing the mixed material in the mixer into a powder packaging bag and sealing.
