▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene oxide/copper selenide/polyethylene glycol (PEG) nanocomposite comprises surface-modified graphene oxide copper selenide nanoparticles prepared by oxidizing graphene and copper selenide nanoparticles, and PEG which is deposited on the oxidized surface-modified graphene oxide copper selenide nanoparticles through ligand exchange. USE - For preparation of cancer photo-thermal treatment drug (claimed) for photo-thermal therapy. ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide/copper selenide/polyethylene glycol (PEG) nanocomposite has a high photo-thermal conversion efficiency, and good photothermal. The nanocomposite is prepared by simple operation, using easily obtained raw material and with low cost, and is suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of the graphene oxide/copper selenide/polyethylene glycol (PEG) nanocomposite involving: adding oxide nano graphene dispersion in a hydrophobic solvent, and dissolving cuprous chloride as copper source and selenium urea as Se source in the solvent at high temperature of 220-240 degrees C for 10-30 minutes, to obtain graphene oxide/copper selenide, and adding PEG to improve solubility in water, to obtain graphene oxide/copper selenide/PEG nanocomposite.
