▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of polyimide involves (a) mixing and reacting anthracene-2,6-diamine (1), graphene oxide and solvent, obtaining amino-modified graphene oxide, (b) mixing and reacting the amino-modified graphene oxide with dianhydride monomer (2) and diamine monomer (3), obtaining polyamic acid, and (c) subjecting the polyamic acid to imidization reaction. USE - Preparation of polyimide for polyimide sealing ring (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces polyimide prepared with excellent self-lubrication and wear resistance while maintaining excellent heat resistance, low thermal expansion coefficient and high toughness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of polyimide involves (a) mixing and reacting anthracene-2,6-diamine of formula (1), graphene oxide and solvent, obtaining amino-modified graphene oxide, (b) mixing and reacting the amino-modified graphene oxide with dianhydride monomer of formula (2) and diamine monomer of formula (3), obtaining polyamic acid, and (c) subjecting the polyamic acid to imidization reaction. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) polyimide prepared by the method; (2) polyimide sealing ring, which is prepared by using the polyimide; and (3) preparation of the polyimide sealing ring, which involves (i) molding and curing the polyimide molding powder to obtain a polyimide pipe, and (ii) performing mechanical processing on the polyimide pipe.
