NOVELTY - A composite bonded rare earth permanent magnet comprises 80-90 pts. wt. neodymium magnetic powder, 1-2 pts. wt. graphene, 1-2 pts. wt. lithium titanate, 0.4-0.6 pts. wt. zirconia powder, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. sodium sulfate, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. magnesium stearate, 0.5-0.8 pts. wt. cottonseed oil, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. turpentine, 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. corn starch, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. sodium bicarbonate, 0.4-0.6 pts. wt. cyclohexanone, 0.4-0.5 pts. wt. ethylene bis stearamide, 0.4-0.6 pts. wt. acetone, 1.5-3 pts. wt. polyamide powder, 0.5-1 pts. wt. organic polyvinyl alcohol, 0.3-0.6 pts. wt. cellulose ether and 0.7-0.9 pts. wt. silane coupling agent KH560.
