NOVELTY - Graphene, carbon nanotubes or composite transparent conductive films modification involves preparing inorganic metal salt or citric acid-ethylorthosilicate gel by copolymerization-dilution method. The gel polymer electrolyte solution is coated on the surface of graphene, carbon nanotubes or its composite transparent conductive film, and then dried to form film to improve the surface characteristics of the transparent conductive film. USE - Method for modifying graphene, carbon nanotubes or composite transparent conductive films used in transparent cathode, anode or intermediate electrode of laminated devices of photoelectric devices such as organic light-emitting diodes, organic solar cells or perovskite solar cells (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to modify graphene, carbon nanotubes or composite transparent conductive films in a simple, cost-effective and eco-friendly manner with significantly improved conductivity and surface wettability.
