NOVELTY - Producing graphene film involves producing carbon metal alloy and controlling the temperature at higher than the melting point of the carbon metal alloy. The liquid carbon metal alloy is applied on casting surface of the substrate. The carbon metal and substrate interface are segregated. The liquid carbon metal alloy is removed to obtain graphene film. USE - Method for producing graphene film (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a graphene film producing device, which comprises furnace tube, first flow rate controller, second flow rate controller, heating unit, pressure valve, pressure sensing unit, temperature detecting unit and controller.
