NOVELTY - An electrode catalyst comprises graphene oxide-tin/carbon nanotubes catalyst, which is composed of oxidized graphene, multi-walled carbon nanotubes and Vulcan XC-72 (RTM: Carbon black) to react with hexachlorostannic acid to obtain product, and finally to react with allyl glycidyl ether. USE - Electrode catalyst for proton exchange membrane fuel cell. ADVANTAGE - The electrode catalyst can be prepared with good liquid transfer ability, improved utilization efficiency and wide popularization value, in simple and cost effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing an electrode catalyst.
