NOVELTY - The invention relates to a method for making a transmission electron microscope sample. The method includes steps of: dispersing an amount of nano-scaled particles and graphene sheets into a solvent to form a testing liquid; providing a transmission electron microscope grid having a suspended carbon nanotube film structure; applying the testing liquid on the suspended carbon nanotube film structure; and drying the solvent.
