▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The nitrogen-doped graphene and cobalt oxide composite material comprises nitrogen-doped graphene matrix, and nitrogen-doped graphene substrate tetroxide cobalt. USE - Nitrogen-doped graphene and cobalt oxide composite material used as electrode material for lithium ion battery, sodium ion battery or super capacitor, and for use as catalyst for oxygen reduction electric catalyst, fuel battery, metal-air battery, fine chemicals synthesis, electrochemical sensor and biologic sensor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nitrogen-doped graphene and cobalt oxide composite material has grading porous structure, high square meter table, enhanced active position points, high electron conductivity and ion conductivity with new energy in field of catalysis, and good application prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing nitrogen-doped graphene and cobalt oxide composite material, which involves: (A) dispersing graphite as raw material in water to prepare graphite dispersion liquid; (B) mixing melamine and formaldehyde according to mol ratio of 1:2-5 in water at 50-90 degrees C under heating and stirring condition to prepare nitrogen containing melamine resin precursor solution; (C) mixing the graphite dispersion and melamine resin solution uniformly; (D) adding cobalt salt (cobalt chloride, cobalt acetate, cobalt sulfate or nitric acid) is with stirring uniformly to form dispersing liquid; (E) treating the mixed dispersion liquid at 120-180 degrees C for 8-15 hours to obtain solid powder; and (F) mixing the solid powder with nitrogen doped grapheme and cobalt composite material under nitrogen protection atmosphere to form the composite material.
