NOVELTY - The device has a furnace portion (1). The top end of the furnace portion is rotatably connected with a furnace cover (20). Two sides of furnace portion are welded with a supporting frame (2). The supporting frame is provided with furnace tube (3). A side of furnace tube is installed with a sealing sleeve (4) through a flange. The sealing sleeve is fixedly installed with a motor (5). An output end of motor is screwed with a connector far away from the motor. The one side of connector is connected with quartz tube. The quartz tube is covered with a metal film. USE - Preparation device of graphene. Uses include but are not limited to mechanical stripping method, oxidation-reduction method, silicon carbide epitaxial growth method and chemical vapor deposition method. ADVANTAGE - The metal film on the quartz tube follows the rotation, so that the metal film is uniformly heated to generate graphene, so as to improve the graphene of the yield.
