NOVELTY - A high-strength, electromagnetic-shielding conductive one-component silane-modified polyurethane sealant comprises silane-modified polyurethane prepolymer, graphene-oxide-grafted organic-acid-modified polyaniline composite material, plasticizer, conductive powder, conductive thixotropic agent, reinforcing powder, dewatering agent, adhesion promoter, antioxidant, UV absorber, and catalyst. The polyaniline composite material is obtained by adding graphene oxide and concentrated ammonia to a reactor, reacting, cooling, adding dichloromethane and stirring, centrifuging and cleaning with ethanol 3-5 times, vacuum drying to obtain aminated graphene, adding the aminated graphene and hydrochloric acid solution to a reaction kettle, stirring and dispersing, placing in an ice water bath, adding phthalic acid-modified polyaniline, adding ammonium persulfate aqueous solution, stirring and reacting, washing, suction-filtering, centrifuging, washing with ethanol, and drying in vacuum. USE - High-strength, electromagnetic-shielding conductive one-component silane-modified polyurethane sealant. ADVANTAGE - The high-strength, electromagnetic-shielding conductive one-component silane-modified polyurethane sealant has excellent electroconductivity and electromagnetic shielding effect in a wide electromagnetic wave range (100 kHz to 40 GHz). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A high-strength, electromagnetic-shielding conductive one-component silane-modified polyurethane sealant comprises 15-55 pts. wt. silane-modified polyurethane prepolymer, 10-40 pts. wt. graphene-oxide-grafted organic-acid-modified polyaniline composite material, 5-25 pts. wt. plasticizer, 15-65 pts. wt. conductive powder, 10-35 pts. wt. conductive thixotropic agent, 8-25 pts. wt. reinforcing powder, 0.3-2 pts. wt. dewatering agent, 0.5-2.5 pts. wt. adhesion promoter, 0.1-1.5 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.5-3 pts. wt. UV absorber, and 0.05-1 pt. wt. catalyst. The graphene-oxide-grafted organic-acid-modified polyaniline composite material is obtained by adding graphene oxide and concentrated ammonia to a reactor, reacting at 92-96 degrees C for 5-7 hours, cooling to 20-30 degrees C, adding dichloromethane and stirring, centrifuging and cleaning with ethanol 3-5 times, vacuum drying to obtain aminated graphene, adding the aminated graphene and 1-3 mol/L hydrochloric acid solution to a reaction kettle, stirring and dispersing for more than 30 minutes, placing in an ice water bath, adding phthalic acid-modified polyaniline, stirring and dispersing for 40-50 minutes, adding 1-3 mol/L ammonium persulfate aqueous solution, stirring and reacting for 5-6 hours, washing with 1-3 mol/L hydrochloric acid solution, suction-filtering, repeatedly washing with acetone and deionized water by centrifugation, adding to N,N-dimethylformamide, stirring at 85-90 degrees C for 45-50 minutes, centrifuging, washing with ethanol, and drying in vacuum. The mass-volume ratio of graphene oxide, concentrated ammonia, dichloromethane, and ethanol is 5 g:45-55 ml:20-25 ml:20-25 ml. The mass-volume ratio of aminated graphene, hydrochloric acid solution, phthalic-acid-modified polyaniline, ammonium persulfate aqueous solution, and N,N-dimethylformamide is 1 g:140-160 mL:14-18 g:55-65 mL:290-310 mL.
