NOVELTY - Preparing graphene battery material, comprises (a) adding modified graphene, lithium titanate, glass fiber, and modified silver powder into the ultrasonic stirrer, adding an organic solvent and ultrasonically stirring for 30-60 minutes to prepare a mixed solution A; (b) adding the dispersant into the mixed solution A, placing into the boiler and heating to 120-140℃, mixing and stirring uniformly for 1-1.5 hours to prepare mixed solution B; (c) placing the prepared mixed solution B in a closed cooling box and cooling at room temperature; (d) adding the binder into the mixed solution B, stirring and mixing under vacuum for 0.5-1 hour, and adjusting the viscosity to 1000-3000 mPa.s to obtain a gel-type mixture; and (e) placing the gel-type mixture into a tube furnace, feeding inert gas to control the temperature at 600-800℃ and sintering for 4-5 hours. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene battery material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare battery material graphene that improves the surface activity of the graphene, enhances the compatibility with other components, improves the mechanical property of the finished battery material, has excellent conductivity, and high discharge specific capacity, high tap density, stable performance, high recycling utilization rate, simple preparation technique, which is good for realizing industrial production, and has good economic benefit and social benefit.
