▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Amine group based styrene/isoprene/butadiene integrated rubber (SIBR) is claimed. The amine group SIBR is a quaternary copolymer of styrene, isoprene, butadiene and amine group based monomer of 1,1-diphenylethylene derivative; quaternary copolymer is a styrene based compounds (I) and (II); SDPE (F1F2) is a copolymer of styrene and amine group based monomer of 1,1-diphenylethylene derivative; SIBR is a random copolymer of styrene, isoprene and butadiene; and DPE(F1F2) is a 1,1-diphenylethylene derivative of monomer containing amine group; number average molecular weight of amine group based (SIBR) is 1x 104-100x 104 g/mol based on 100% of the total quaternary copolymer; content of 1,1-diphenylethylene derivative with amine group-containing monomer is 0.5-10 wt.%, styrene is 5-40 wt.%, isoprene is 25-40 wt.% and butadiene (balance amount). USE - The amine group based SIBR is useful for preparing amine group based SIBR composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - (I): reduces tire internal heat generation; improves reinforcing effect of carbon black and silica; and obtains rubber composite material with high modulus and low energy consumption. The method: is simple, easy to implement, low cost, economical and suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Amine group based styrene/isoprene/butadiene integrated rubber (SIBR) is claimed. The amine group SIBR is a quaternary copolymer of styrene, isoprene, butadiene and amine group based monomer of 1,1-diphenylethylene derivative; quaternary copolymer is a styrene based compounds of formula ((SDPE(F1F2)m) (I) and ((SIBR)n-DPE(F1F2)q) (II); SDPE (F1F2) is a copolymer of styrene and amine group based monomer of 1,1-diphenylethylene derivative; SIBR is a random copolymer of styrene, isoprene and butadiene; and DPE(F1F2) is a 1,1-diphenylethylene derivative of monomer containing amine group; number average molecular weight of amine group based (SIBR) is 1x 104-100x 104 g/mol based on 100% of the total quaternary copolymer; content of 1,1-diphenylethylene derivative with amine group-containing monomer is 0.5-10 wt.%, styrene is 5-40 wt.%, isoprene is 25-40 wt.% and butadiene (balance amount). m and n = greater than or equal to 1; and q = greater than or equal to 2. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) amine group based SIBR composite material, comprising 100 pts. wt. amine group based SIBR, 2-8 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 0.5-3 pts. wt. stearic acid, 0.5-4 pts. wt. antioxidant, 1-50 pts. wt. softener, 0.5-80 pts. wt. reinforcing filler, 0.2-5 pts. wt. accelerator and 0.5-5 pts. wt. sulfur agent, where the reinforcing filler is reinforcing fillers containing oxygen containing groups on surface including white carbon black, clay, carbon nanotubes, halloysite and/or graphene oxide; (2) preparing amine group based SIBR, comprising (i) adding organic solvent and amine group based monomer of 1,1-diphenylethylene derivative into a to polymerization reactor under the protection of nitrogen or argon atmosphere, (ii) heating the reaction solution in polymerization reactor to a polymerization temperature of 30-100 degrees C, and adding styrene, isoprene, butadiene and quantitative polar additive after stirring, (iii) adding alkyl lithium to benzene solution of amine group based monomer of 1,1-diphenylethylene derivative and styrene, and initiating polymerization reaction of amine group based monomer of 1,1-diphenylethylene derivative and styrene for greater than or equal to 30 minutes, (iv) injecting completely dissolving solution of step (iii) into dissolved monomer solution of step (ii) to continue to initiate the polymerization reaction, and (v) reacting at 50 degrees C for 24 hours, injecting isopropanol into the reaction solution to terminate the polymerization, precipitating glue, and drying to constant weight in a vacuum drying oven, where the mass concentration range of styrene, isoprene and butadiene is 5-25 wt.%; and (3) preparing amine group based SIBR composite material, comprising taking amine group based SIBR as rubber matrix, adopting compound and vulcanization processes together with vulcanization system, anti-aging system, softening system and reinforcement system containing oxygen groups on the surface, and preparing amine group based SIBR composite material.
