▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The preparation of iron-nickel alloy nano-cluster-graphene composite material, involves adding graphite oxide and dispersing in organic solvent (I), adding ferric acetylacetonate, nickel acetylacetonate and octadecylamine, heating the mixture at 100-150 degrees C in the presence of an inert protective gas, maintaining for 20-50 minutes, heating to the boiling reflux, maintaining for 1-5 hours, adding organic solvent (II), stopping reaction, separating reaction products, washing and drying the reaction product. USE - Preparation of iron-nickel alloy nano-cluster-graphene composite material used for absorbing electromagnetic waves (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of iron-nickel alloy nano-cluster-graphene composite material with high absorbing properties, and protects and disperses the iron-nickel alloy nano particles. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation of iron-nickel alloy nano-cluster-graphene composite material, involves adding graphite oxide and dispersing in organic solvent (I), adding ferric acetylacetonate, nickel acetylacetonate and octadecylamine, heating the mixture at 100-150 degrees C in the presence of an inert protective gas, maintaining for 20-50 minutes, heating to the boiling reflux, maintaining for 1-5 hours, adding organic solvent (II), stopping reaction, separating reaction products, washing and drying the reaction product. The mass ratio of graphite oxide and iron acetylacetonate is 0.2-0.3. The mass ratio of graphite oxide and nickel acetylacetonate is 0.1-0.2. The graphite oxide and octadecylamine is 1:80-1:40. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) iron-nickel alloy nano-cluster-graphene composite material; and (2) usage of iron-nickel alloy nano-cluster-graphene composite material for absorbing electromagnetic waves.
