NOVELTY - A graphene oxide microsphere/epoxy resin composite material contains two-phase structure of reinforced graphene oxide microspheres phase uniformly dispersed in epoxy resin matrix in which graphene oxide microspheres is 0.1-1% of epoxy resin. USE - Graphene oxide microsphere/epoxy resin composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has increased impact strength, bending modulus and bending strength compared to pure epoxy resin material. Preparation is environment-friendly and suitable for industrialized production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene oxide microsphere/epoxy resin composite material which involves using phosphorus pentoxide, potassium persulfate and sulfuric acid in pre-oxidation treatment of graphite powder, subjecting to Hummers method to obtain graphite oxide powder, ultrasonicating graphite oxide powder and deionized water to obtain suspension, stirring with epoxy resin, reacting at 50-60 degrees C, settling to form layers, taking graphene oxide microsphere/epoxy resin layer, continuously stirring, reacting at 50-60 degrees C, adding 593 epoxy resin curing agent, and curing.
