NOVELTY - Detecting tumor using graphene quantum dots comprises establishing an animal tumor model, injecting 30-200 mg/kg graphene quantum dots into animal model every other day, detecting tumor pressure after 0.5 hour, observing graphene quantum dots in tumor tissue distribution under the condition of 2-7 mm mercury tumor internal pressure, where the quantum dots cannot target tumor tissue and cell nucleus, at more than 11 mm mercury the quantum dots the quantum dots target tumor tissue and label the tumor tissue nuclei. USE - The method is useful for detecting tumor using graphene quantum dots (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The quantum dots are non-toxic.
